Srinivas Institute of Nursing Sciences was established in the year 2003, is a dynamic center for Nursing education and excellence under the banner of “Srinivas Group of Colleges” in Mangalore, Karnataka. The college is located in the Valachil Campus of the Group and offers B.Sc.(Nursing), Post Certificate in B.Sc.(Nursing), M.Sc. (Nursing) programmes affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

All programmes are recognized by Government of Karnataka, Karnataka Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The college has it’s own clinical facility in Srinivas Hospital Mukka.

Father Muller College of Nursing, a unit of Father Muller Charitable Institutions - a Registered Society sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Mangaluru & also a Religious Minority Educational Institution established primarily for the benefit of the members of the Christian Community. It is open, like all other Educational Institutions under Catholic auspices, to all persons irrespective of religion, caste or community and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, Bengaluru and Recognized by Nursing Council of India. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited Father Muller College of Nursing with 'A' grade, making it the first Nursing College under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, to be accredited.

Mangalore College of Nursing was established in the year 1998 under the ‘Ullal Charitable Education Trust’ with an aim to provide quality nursing education. Initially, it was being run by a group of philanthropists. Now a group of doctors with more than a decade experience in the fields of Health and Education have recently joined in as new trustees and have decided not only to take the college forward but also to improve it in every aspect.

The Shree Devi Education Trust is a respected name in the field of academic endeavor in the coastal districts of Karnataka, India. The year was 1993 when T. John College with its premises in Campbell Road, Austin Town, Bangalore – 47 begun. The college started by Dr. Thomas P John, offered a 3 year BHM (Hotel Management) Degree course to 24 students to start with. The college also offered the BBM and BSc (CMS) courses. Since a humble beginning in 1993, there has been no looking back and every year the college crosses new milestones.

Garden City University is established under Karnataka State Act no. 47 of 2013. The Garden City University Act received the assent of the Governor of Karnataka on 26th March 2013 and was published in the Karnataka Gazette on 12th April 2013. The University Grants Commission has listed Garden City University in the recognized list of Private Universities in India on its website http://www.ugc.ac.in
